Dillinja should use these amps:
QSC POWERLIGHT 9 which gives 1950 w rms into 8 ohm per chan,9000w rms into 4 ohm bridge, with 4 cooling fans.
And the mighty CREST PRO 10001,3500 w rms into 8 ohm per channel and 5000w rms into bloody 1 0hm,and 10000w rms[10kw rms] into 2 ohm bridge.

And proper touring speakers like EAW/Funkion One and Bassmaxx b zero 1's/lab subs/servodrive basstech 7,certainly would beat his scoops bass output.

Scoops went out with the ark.
the size of the cabs and energy required coupled with the frequency response and DB output on Scoops are easily out performed by modern cabinet designs.
Agree, the Bassmaxx Servo driven cabs are the ultimate in bass (servo - the drivers are motors!)
but if you in the market for an affordable cab that outperforms most others, check www.speakerplans.co.uk and track down the Looney Bin offered by pro audio parts.
Ohm also manufacture a similar bin to this.
All in all i don't exactely rate the Valve sound system, as a marketing tool it's brilliant, as a genuine high quality - high output Rig, its nothing to write home about,
and as for being the 'only sound system built for drum and bass', well some one should have a word with trading standards, as your probably have about 50 sound systems operating in the uk that are custom built for D&B and hundreds more accross europe, did valve not here about the free party movement?
