Chevin Research Kicks Ass
TUNES Posted by chad on Sunday 23 November 2003, 02:27PM

You may be impressed by the pl9 but a Chevin-Research A6000 actualy puts out just as much power and also sounds much punchier! i believe this is down to the P.F.C (power factor correction) on the QSC's. In my opinion the chevs are much better. and i use racks of Chevin A6's and racks of QSC PL9's all the time.

Chevin Research Kick Ass, thanks

dillinger swillinger!
I used to supply the pa to a drum and bass night in leeds using thunder ridge kit and was ousted by the valve system (not one valve in sight!), I reckon the best amps at present are the power soft, the smallest most powerful by far, one rack pretty much does the whole jazz stage at glastonbury. cant say a bad thing about chevin as use to work there. I hear mumbles from young wiggers that "da valve systems is da biggest and da loudest ever" ha ha he he I chuckle to my self, you could probably get the whole lot in a 7.5 tonner!!

powersoft rocks

nice one rob. Crest is pants crown is even worse, powersoft is where its at. To be honest, if the old valvo filled the mondi van, i'd be supprised. To clear up the ousted bit, the valve sound system was cheaper than us. You get what you pay for don't you.

Valve system in Mondi van
by John Horsecock on Wednesday 03 October 2007 @11:32PM
Touch and go fit in the Mondi van but at least Dilinja would avoid bursting tyres, breaking mirrors and running it out of deisel for the next user evry time he used it!
