PLURR is not lost entirely!
by TheIneffableBob on Friday 05 September 2003 @01:03AM
fear not, worried ravers and would-be ravers.

i am somewhat new to the scene, and have been swallowed alive by it. today, i cannot imagine how i survived without the music and the dancing and the PLURR. actually, i kindof stumbled across this string looking up the second R of PLURR, having only know of the first one. im glad i found it, as it pretty much sums myself up. like KAT, im not a kandekid drowning in MDMA, but just another loving PLURR-permeated one. =)

to allay any fears about the death of raving and PLURR: it is not dead! i am going to what promises to be a very large event called "Imagine" down here in Atlanta GA this saturday (the 6th) if anyone's cplanning to come, reply! this event, as with many events in atl and chicago (where i go to school) is trying to emphasize the love of music and dancing and eachother over the taking of drugs. a most welcome change which will do much for the eventual acceptance of the inevitability that is raving.

so, fear not, kids! it may be waning in your neighborhood, but like the tides, it shall come yet again!

~peace y'all, and PLURR to everyone.

the world loves you,
so love it back! =)

Where can PLURR be found?
by Artemisia on Friday 05 November 2004 @02:53AM
If it is not lost then were may it be found?
I have never been to a rave and I want in on the seen.

I live in Chicago, I l-o-v-e the music and have all ways been a Kandy Kid at hart but never knew it. I didn't know befor this year about raves or any thing. Now I want to hang with like mind'ed people.

But I can not find a real rave any were.
All I hear all over the net is that the vibe is dieing out.

NO fair! I just find there are
people like me out there but told that I am to late. Im a kandy kind in kindergarden and
I can't find a teacher. Help please.
