It makes me laugh that you say colorado, az, and ut are largely unaware of the scene. This must be old. Being from Salt Lake I know Ut's scene has been alive and kickin for well over 10 years. Colorado has a kickin scene as I have met many a kids from there that are hardcore partiers. And Arizona has quite the rampant Kandi scene with raves that are fairs and whatnot.
