I ordered alot of equipment from HTFR and put cash into there bank account for a speedy transaction, how wrong was I.
I was told after i put money into there bank that they didnt actualy have the stock i needed.
Customer support were rude, had no empathy and quite frankly didnt give a toss.
Ime having even bigger problems getting my money back, accounts hung up on me, managagement are heavily defended by front desk.
All in all the worst expericnce i have had with online shopping.
My own fault for ordering equipment from a shite vinyl store.
0/10 HTFR sort yourselfs out.
The customer is always rite.
Ime trying Djsuperstore at the momnt, they have given me a better deal with better eqipment.
