HTFR - odd! |

Hi Lora,
Nice to finally have someone from HTFR comment, you guys have been coming in for a LOT of flak on my forum!
Seriously, I don't publish half of the stuff slagging you guys off, but you really should take it to heart that a lot of your punters are pretty unhappy.
Common complaints include:
- advertising records that you never have in stock
- terrible customer service when htfr make mistakes
- suspect vinyl sent out
Now, reading what you say above, it sounds like this doesn't even bother you! So, if HTFR makes a mistake, and the customer comes all the way into the shop to recitfy the problem, the best you can do is "store credit"?! I'm not actually sure that's legal...
Anyway, suffice to say, I've found Juno and I'm in love, good luck to you guys, you're gonna need it!

I thought it was just me that has had shabby experiences with htfr, thank god for juno, for example i ordered some records, it wasn't in stock ( surprise, surprise) forgot all about it, i found the reciept a month ago showing 2 of the 3 records i requested, called the store to find out "it still wasnt in stock, but as soon as it arrives they will send it to me" if i wanted to have something 6 months down the line i would have said "dont bother sending it now mate take your time, send it when you can be arsed, or just let me know if theres a problem.
Absolutly hopeless.

HTFR - Unprofessional! |

have to say i agree about customer services! i once rang htfr and spoke to a woman who told me to check my card details as the direct debit wouldn't work and ring back. I did this and rang back to tell her my card details where fine. She put me on hold and started speaking to a colleague,what she didn't know was that i could hear everything she was saying and said "its that f*cking girl pestering about her card details again will you try speaking to her". I was absolutely fuming and contacted the manager,obviously they apologised but i will never buy from htfr again! professional my arse!

It was a lady called Cath,i emailed your team complaining about it. I did not think it was at all nice to hear when all I was trying to do was purchase goods from the store!Certainly put me off buying again from HTFR.

Ahh, I remember this, I can assure you she was dealt with appropriately!!!! she no longer works for the company.
I am very sorry about this obviously we give everyone correct training. I now actually sit within the sales office myself to ensure good customer care,

I used to be a customer at HTFR and did quite alot of buying in their shop but was very disapointed with their customer treatment, fortunantely they are the not the only record shop

HTFR a Shambles |

I ordered alot of equipment from HTFR and put cash into there bank account for a speedy transaction, how wrong was I.
I was told after i put money into there bank that they didnt actualy have the stock i needed.
Customer support were rude, had no empathy and quite frankly didnt give a toss.
Ime having even bigger problems getting my money back, accounts hung up on me, managagement are heavily defended by front desk.
All in all the worst expericnce i have had with online shopping.
My own fault for ordering equipment from a shite vinyl store.
0/10 HTFR sort yourselfs out.
The customer is always rite.
Ime trying Djsuperstore at the momnt, they have given me a better deal with better eqipment.

Just the same mate! I sent back some speakers to be fixed. It took them 12 weeks and coutnless phone calls (when they actually answered) and emails to finally send them back to me. But they didn't even fix them! Nightmare,

More HTFR problems... |

I got an amplifier from there.. Absolute shit!.. None of the buttons worked on the front and the mic inputs didnt work.. Sent it back for repair came back all scratched and dented and its still broke!..
