I personally have never smelt any illegal substance in our store!! I can only imagine it was a customer?!

As a crossfader is a perishable item they are not actually covered for a refund. We will have offered you store credit and then ordered the correct item in for you. As we can order anything in for our customers (even if it something we do not actually normally sell).

Please let me know what crossfader you need and I will get it ordered in for you if you wish,
