Your not wrong, my wife bought me a stylus and cartridge set from them worth £170. When I tried to connect the cartridge to the tone arm I found that the little pin on 1 of the cartridges was missing so it would not screw in. I called htfr straight away they said no problem it must be a fault and to send it back for replacement, 2 months and many phone calls later I recieved a package.To my horror they had sent the faulty cartridge back saying that it was my fault and i must of droped it causing the damage myself. Using an old cartridge i droped it many times from great heights yet the pin was still their, I even tried to overtighten it to the tone arm yet the pin was still their. So I went to htfr and said that I wasnt leaving the shop without a new cartridge 10 minutes later 3 massive dudes come out from a side door and escorted off the premises saying if i did not leave the area i might have a little accident. TOTAL BASTARDS.I have got a long memory....
