Ian Macey Spoils Music Shops! |

OFFTOPIC:Your not very clever are you Mr Macey. Admiting on a forum that you damage items within a shop. A simple search on google using your email address that is shown on this forum brings up another forum that you post on that states in which area you live....Cant be many MR Maceys in that area??? Its people like you who spoil music shops for the rest of us by destroying records and listening decks etc. You need to grow up mate, and learn do more relaxing things like watching fish (HINT), instead of venting your anger and breaking things that us music lovers like to use.
BACK ON TOPIC:I admit ive shopped with HTFR for some time now and encountered a couple of problems...not any more than your average shop that is run by humans that can make mistakes anyway...and all the problems i have had have been dealt with once i contacted them and explained the problem. Come to think of it most of the problems I had were partially due to my self as I did not understand how their business is run and how my order is processed (How many of you complaining are aware that unlike other shops, HTFR is open to the public and thus this explains why items can go out of stock between you placing the order and the order being picked?)
When your reading though these complaints you have to think about how many people ARE happy with their service compared to the amount of people who arnt. If HTFR is indeed the biggest DJ store in the world (going by the choice on the website they may well be), then these small amount of complaints is nothing compared to the amount of happy customers considering that people are the first to moan if something goes wrong or not as expected...however the same people tend not to give praise where it is due (how many times do you see a topic saying Well done X company?)
Rant over

Whoever this Ian Macey is, it's not the same person as the highly respected music teacher and world reknowned piper. It is coincidence ONLY that both are Mr. Maceys, and both are associated with music. Anyone doing a search re: Mr. Iain Macey the bagpiping instructor, be aware that this is not him!!!!

Iain Macey is one of the most respected pipers in the world and he has won many prestigeous awards for his misic. He has played in 17 diferent countries and was in the military for years. I personally know him as well. Iain does not damage property or merchandise. He is a very nice gentleman ad he would literally give you the shirt off his back. His goal in life is to serve the piping community by pasing his wisdom and skill on. This must have been some other Macey who damaged things.
