After being told 2 of the records I ordered weren't actually in stock anymore, I was told that they would be put on a waiting list lasting 3 MONTHS, with no option given to cancel the order. I tried to cancel but couldn't, their contact system is useless. I was guaranteed no extra shipping cost would apply, as rightly it shouldn't, but hey, u guessed it, when the record finally came back in stock and was shipped to me I had been charged extra shipping for it. HTFR don't look after their customers, and they're extremely frustrating. I'd look elsewhere, ESPECIALLY when buying online.
