I got doubly rip off by htfr when i ordered 2 tunes and didnt recieve them. I rang them up, sent them emails and all as they were quick enough to take my money off me and all they couuld tell me was that there was an investgation going on in the post as to where they had gone too. The bloke i spoke to 1 sunday afternoon was particually rude to me as i think he couldnt handle his hangover and he ended up hanging up on me! So i rang back and they said that they would send me some credit to spend in the shop. 5 months later i have still not recieved my tunes nor any credit or my money back
