I have never yet had to deal with bad customer service from hard to find I have used them a fair bit and at worst I have had a few tatty sleeves and a bit of slow delivery but I have to say if chemical has what you are looking for use them I sware by them they are the first site I came accross and I have spent at least £500 on there site I have ordered things in the bare moments before 5pm and they have still come the next day so I have to say they are truely the best!

I would like to echo the statement about HTFR, as I,ve had quite a few tatty records from them and I must say I find them overpriced also. Ok Chemical Recs are pretty sound but, at the end of the day there's only one vinyl store for me and thats Red Eye Recs. I find their range of newer titles much more efficient and at a good price also. Trouble is they only stock D+B, which I must say is right up my street as it's my music of choice. Anyway for any vinyl junkies out there I strongly recommend Red Eye and Chemical Recs as they have sound customer service.
