HTFR rock! |

I must say I've never had a problem with HTFR either and I buy regularly from them.
I only ever use the net service but I find this really good.
Recently I ordered a pile or records and 1 of the ones I was really after was sold out (after being displayed on the site). Needless to say I was jacked off but they said they would send it once it came back in if I didn't get in touch to cancel it.
A week later I received the record and was very chuffed....
I've been using them for years and don't have any qualms.
Also you may want to check out : www.replayrecords.com - another quick service and deals with all the new releases rather than archive stuff. You can catch some decent whites etc months b4 the release dates if you are quick and have the time to check several times a day !
Happy hunting.
House is a feeling....

HTFR suck like an Electrolux |

The customer service really is poor. First order I placed with them they wouldn't send as they said my card details didn't match my address, yet they do as I work for a mail order company and have placed many orders and know what details to give. So I got someone else to buy the goods for me. Then an order of someone else's for about £10 turned up at my door, my order totalled about £100. They had sent this chaps order to me and mine to him. They did rectify this though.
Second order, half of it didn't turn up yet the site said it was in stock and it also arrived very late. When it did arrive a game pad I ordered didn't work with my TV so I called and sent ot back for a refund the same day. Three months later and despite me sending the item special delivery and having proof that they have received it no credit. I have phoned numerous times and keep being fobbed off with some 'stores' problem. I wonder whether I will see my money back as promised on my card next statement!?
Very, very poor.

If you haven't had any problems then you are lucky and it is probably only a matter of time.
Take a look at to see my experience with them and a few other peoples view on their non existant customer service.

I now use Darkside's shop, he probably doesn't have quite the wide variety the htfr have but I know a lot of people that use him and all are more than willing to reccomend him. If he can help he will.
