I must say I have never had a problem with HTFR and find it a brilliant site with quick service.

Just tried your chemical records and found a tune i have been looking for for ages. can't say i was too impressed though. they don't tell you how much postage or VAT they are going to charge until you have ordered, so have ended up payin 3 quid more than i thought. the site also looks pathetic.

I just presume you either own or work for them.
