I have used HTFR for many years now. I think the majority of times I have ordered from them, I have done so with no problems whatsoever. However, the main thing that really gets me is if they do make a mistake, be it send the wrong records, send nothing at all etc.... and you get on at them. They seem to expect you to pay the shipping and P & P for them to send it out to you. So, they want you to pay for their mistake, and not once have I had an apology for any mistake they.ve made. It's always "we didn't receive your order", its never their fault.

Rant over, in general though, bloody good shop!!
