Well, they have a good catalog, which I appreciate, but most of those listed aren't stocked anywhere. I have to say, I like their backorder system, which gives them feedback as to which records are really in demand, and lets you know as soon as a copy becomes available.
Sorry to hear about the packaging and carts, who do you recommend instead of HTFR?
