What ever happened to Bomb Da Bass?
VIEWS Posted by Delta on Thursday 09 March 2000, 01:25PM

Has anyone got any news on what Bomb Da Bass is doing?

Bomb Da Bass rocked the music scene in the early 90's but have not realy done anything recently. Just the other day I picked up a copy of "Mega Blast" on 7". In case you don't know the tune it was the theme music to the old arcade game "Xenon 2". I haven't heard this tune for ages and I had forgotten how good it is.

Of course Bomb Da Bass have had a few hits including "Bug Powder Dust" that was remixed by the "The Chemical Brothers" and appeared on the amazing breaks album "Dirt Chamber Sessions Vol.1" by Liam Howlett from the Prodigy. Bomb Da Bass also appeared briefly as Bomb Da Loop releasing the club smash "Kings of Rhythm" which sampled "Mega Blast", but have, to my knowledge, not released anything recently.

If you have any news on the Bomb Da Bass group then please leave a message as to what they are up to. Cheers
