1994 mellow house track - can anyone help?

I'm looking for an old mellow house tune with a man singing over a smooth house track...

this must have been out in 1994 or earlier as 2 girls were on a beach next to us in majorca and were playing it on a hifi , any help would be appreciated i'm sure it had the word blue in the title ......
