HTFR Customer Service Stinks...
I ordered £100 worth of hardware from htfr a few days ago only to be told it couldnt get sent to my home address as my billing address was different, i sent them a couple of emails which were never replied to.
I then rang them a minute ago and it hung up straight away and all i could hear was a busy dialtone.
I rang a few more times and it then rang properly but no answer, i rang a few more times and still no answer.
i then rang another time straight after and i got a message saying " The customer service office is now closed" or something, bearing in mind this was 2pm on a saturday, their opening hours are 10am - 6pm Mon - Sat.
I rang once more and a tired miserable man answered, i enquired about my order and he said it was all cool and that id get it shipped here.
i then asked him if he was sure and that i dont live at my old billing address anymore and he just hung up.
This is my first time ordering from HTFR and im dissapointed, the items are supposed to be a xmas gift and whether i get them or not is another matter.
They seriously need to sort it out, if they have staff working there then they shouldnt be there if they dont like it, the first major thing about running a business is you need to keep the customers happy or they wont return.
