Need to know proper song title and artist...

I'm lookin to find out the mane of an early ninetys dance tune which starts out with 'All i want is you ou ou' in a high electronic voice.
A woman sings with a rapper comin in with 'No matter where you go, no matter what you do?

Please help!

Sounds like it might be DSK - "What Would We Do?". The same vocal sample was recently abused in that travesty of a rip off by Wiley called "Wearing My Rolex"...
