My deck has some problems, I'm wondering if anyone can help?

It speeds up really fast.. also when moving the pitch control the pop up light (which is constantly on even when down) and the on/off light flicker like they are losing power

i have opened the deck up and had a look but cant see any problems the pitch control looks clean with no visible signs of any problems can someone pls advise. thanks
