Need help form any experienced Club or professional audio & lighting tech...

I am building a brand new club in the Island of Roatan, Honduras since it is mainly a turistic area I am looking advice on what equipment should I have, as well that wont be extremly high on cost.
Have in mind that it is a beach front area so salt breeze can be a issue. There are tow areas a closed dance area with a large bar and a exterior deck overlooking the ocean. Type of music will vary from Dance/Euro Electronic to latin Salsa/Reggeton.
