Looking for name of song from mid 90's...

Hey, I'm looking for the name of a track from around the mid 90's - was kind of trancy/deep house I guess..... was played in clubs a lot. It's got a woman singing "where theres a void, there should be ecstasy". If anyone can help me that would be great!! Thanks

Disco Blu - Disco Blu?
by Natalie on Friday 26 October 2007 @10:55AM
Hi Beth,

Not sure of the original track with the sample but the one in that came out in 1997 is Disco Blu by Disco blu. It has female vocals going "I'm sick of you i want to be free" I think this is the one you are referring to.

Hyper On Experience - Lord of the Null Lines
by Will Avera on Wednesday 20 January 2010 @11:19PM
Way back in 1993 I bought a vinyl, because I used to DJ. It was a drum'n'bass track by Hyper On Experience, called Lord of the Null Lines. It most definitely had that sample in it, but I don't know the original track the sample is from. Clearly the original has to be older than 1993 though.

The original was that house song by Kym Mazelle that someone originally posted--it's from 1990, just so you know.

Otello - Extasy
by Unknown on Saturday 27 August 2011 @10:48AM
I have a record from 1993, "Extasy" by Otello on the italodance/eurohouse-label "Soon", which features the sample; see here: http://www.discogs.com/Otello-Extasy/release/2695116. Maybe that's what you meant? Great tune by the way! But it wasn't very popular though, in fact quite underground, unknown and very rare.

The original voice comes from Kim Mazelle, "Useless".
