trying to find track from early 2000s or late 1990

i am trying to find a dance track with lyrics that sound like "i like meep meep meep". it is a very upbeat song, and the voice sounds like a japanses cartoon character- high pitched and nasal. any help would be greatly appreciated, i know it isn't much to go on. thanks!
