technics 1210 arm wont stay on the record

I have a 1210 that I just got and im having the same problem, I think it is the anti skate internal works that are messed up, mine just went to the repair shop today so I will keep ya posted...
Did the 1210 u have start this one day or did it get bumped or moved in flight cases to cause the problem? how did it Originate????
