There has been talk that its opening again in late July.I've spoken to Pete Daley though,and he doesn't know.When it was raided,the police cut up all the seats and fucked all the speakers.It can be opened again as the ASBO has been lifted,but it may be a while.
Rachel,there is a club in Preston called Solid.The new friday night there is called Dusk til Dawn (the old night from Monroes),and its on every friday til 3am.Monroes DJs and MCs are there.

ive heard around harwood and accy that it's 5th september.
OB must be gutted they went to all that effort to shut the gaff down at our tax-paying expense.
Ian should maybe think of doing it up or summat-but then again it woudnt be same would it?
in the mean time i recomend never-never land on a friday n8t,10am till 2am-mikey B ,pete daley,jonno.

yo peeps yeah ive heared that it is supposed to be open on the 29th aug but im not sure? has anyone heared of VISION in THE BLUE ROOMS/ MANCHESTER thats a kickin bouncy house night and old skool night with all ur peir and monroes djs and mc's its on lloyd street off deansgate 10pm-3am its well wicked tunes galore email me ill tell yall more about it. if all u want is the bass its there...

I have also heard the same, that MONROES should be re-opening some time in september. The sooner the better. What an ALL-NIGHTER. It will never be the same. Ive started going to the national anthems at Maximes in wigan. Pretty phat night. But not as good as monroes.

Its official-Monroes is reopening!!! Pete Daley told me Ian is reopening it.Apparently,the insurance for the club is being sorted out at the moment,and there is a lot of repair work to be done,but hopefully Monroes should be opening in December.

Emma jean, i have been away for a few weeks so haven't been since then.My mate says that there are new bouncers who have just taken over and they are pricks.Apparantly there was a load of kick offs the other week.Also,the place is getting less busy by the week.
Never Never Land in Blackburn is good on a friday night,only a few quid to get in,only open til 2am though.Worth going.

nevers is a quality night on a friday-shame its open till 2.its calmed down a lot in there now but the shutting time causes loads of problems outside. only decent place in blackburn or accy at the moment-it's getting bigger and bigger on a friday-so everyone get down.
keep your fists at home.
Monroes opening night is in october i heard ,with work to repair the club to begin in september.

does anyone know what is happening down at monroes and with ian jackson. a used to go to monroes every week with a large crowd from blackpool we have been going for a few years up untill it closed in feb this year. a heard ian jacksons on remand still having been refused bail to look after is ill wife whos at home still in padiham road sabien near pendle hill . a phone a no for ians solicitors and he didnt seem to know when monroes would re-open . to my knowledge ian was last in court in aprill and is still awaiting to return to court. the phone lines for monroes are still connected as the phone no is the same a rung it and it rings and rings but no one answers .to my knowledge monroes website and email addresses are still the same a emailed and got up the sites sent a submittle form but got no replys , a texed and emailed 2 of monroes dj,s and mc,s a got told that monroes would remain closed for a while with referbishments taking place in aug/sept and then once decorated and thenafter ian jacksons next court apperence monroes would re-open in oct/nov or at the latest dec in-time for a christmas anthems/dawn till dusk .if anyone knows when monroes is opening please let the hundreds all waiting and wanting to go know when ,
