I'm after a Slammin Vinyl tune, anyone got a clue?

Someone told me it was by Shaw Lee and was called "Happiness" but I don't believe them

Its a woman singing and goes a little something like this:

Dum Dum Dum Dum Dum, Dum Dum Dum Dum Dum, Everybodys grooving to the beat, makes me want to dance and move my feet...........

And a bloke says half way through it
Everybody wants to live in the world of Happiness
