As for Bowlers, the place I called home, No more raves due to new owners of the actual Bowlers complex stopping them due to a stabbing at the club on the first event held there under there ownership.
In my opinion it will never be the same, anywhere, I was along with many of my freinds from Halifax was a regular to Bowlers from the days of Fantasia through Life and into Compulsion.

R.I.P 'proper' raving.
