Re: DJ Kilmore's Samples
TUNES Posted by Jett on Monday 12 August 2002, 03:31AM

How's it goin'. I am a DJ in a rock band that plays similar music to incubus (a little more punkish though) and I have also tried to find out what records kilmore uses. He makes up all of his own samples on keyboards and effect machines and then presses them on vinyl. Its better that way because non of his samples are copywrited before him and all samples are his own original. Its non very easy for us normal people to do that because pressing vinyl is very expensive, and you can't usually press just 2 or 3 records. You have to press like 500 - 1000 at a time. Hope this info helps....jett
